• If the appliance, cord or plug has
been damaged, have the appliance
inspected and if necessary repaired
by an authorised repairer. Never try to
repair the appliance yourself. Please
contact the store where you bought
the appliance for repairs under the
guarantee. Unauthorised repairs or
modifications to the appliance will
invalidate the guarantee.
• Do not use accessories or spare parts
which do not come from the supplier.
• Connect to 230 V, 50 Hz only.
• The massager must not be used in
the bath. Never place the massager
anywhere it can fall- or be pulled into
water, e.g. a wash basin or bath tub.
• Do not use the massager for more
than 20 minutes at a time, as it can
cause overheating and shorten the
massager’s lifetime. Should the
massager overheat, switch off im-
mediately and allow it to cool down
completely before using it once more.
Clinical warnings
• The massager is not designed for
physiotherapeutic treatment, but only
for ‘well-being’ massage, relaxation
of tense muscles and/or relief of
low-level muscular pain. Use of the
massager cannot substitute profes-
sional physiotherapeutic or medical
treatment.
• If unsure about your medical condi-
tion, consult your doctor before using
the massager.
• The massager should not be used by
anyone with a pacemaker.
• The massager may not be used by
anyone with heart problems or pains
of unknown origin or if pregnant.
• Avoid using the massager is you have
taken painkillers, relaxants or alcohol,
as your tolerance of heat can be
weakened.
• Avoid using the massager around the
eyes or other sensitive places.
• Avoid using the massager directly on
swollen, inflamed or damaged skin
areas.
• Do not use the massager just before
going to bed, as it has a stimulating
effect that can make it difficult to fall
asleep.
• Do not use the massager on the
same place on the body for too long;
move it over a larger area of the body
in a continuous movement.
