Bypass valve pressure control (VP)
It is fitted with a control system that permits varying the automatic form of
the bypass valve, and therefore the pressure of the application. This operating
mode is carried out with a proportional valve (VP)
The inlet pressure at the bypass valve is regulated by the proportional valve,
which is commanded by an external 0-10V signal.
By defect, the conversion is the following:
0 V --> 0 pneumatic bars
10 V --> 6 pneumatic bars
With this operating mode, the pressure at the bypass automatically varies, and
therefore, so does the quantity of adhesive applied.
It is important to keep a minimum pump speed in order to maintain the
pressure of the required adhesive.

Activating and configuring the VP system
From the main screen you can access the activation and configuration screen
of the VP system installed.
• Activation: Pressing on the corresponding VP the system is activated
(green) and deactivated (grey).
• Regulating internal pressure: A pressure value can be programmed for
each VP The desired value is configured by pressing on the corresponding
field.
• Regulating external pressure: In the case of connecting the equipment
so that the VP can be programmed externally the ‘External reference’
must be activated. The equipment must be connected to this signal in the
corresponding terminal.
