Configuration of pushing plate parameters
Two operational modes are possible according to the status of the level
detector.
• Normal Mode. When the level detector gives the empty signal, the plate
continues to push and stops doing so when the level detector detects
adhesive again. This cycle is repeated until the up button is pushed or the
plate reaches the low position (block empty).
• ‘Auto-Press’ Mode. If the level detector does not give an empty signal in
a configurable time, the plate will lower during a programmable time.
In this mode the tank remains pushing against the bottom, ensuring the
watertightness of the bag.
The programmable values are:
• Waiting time. The maximum waiting time for the empty signal. After this
time, the plate starts to descend automatically.
• Pressure time. This is the time the plate presses against the block. It is
detained after the programmed time.
• Initial pressure time. Time that the plate descends before the pressure
time starts being counted. By programming this time it can be ensured
that the plate really presses the adhesive block.
