ADX Software Overview
DC Tests Section
In the DC Tests section, tests are turned on or off, and values are entered to define the voltage levels, durations, and
other parameters used to execute DC tests.
The Test Options drop-down list helps you select the combination of IR/DA/PI Tests you want to execute.
The Temp Compensation drop-down list is used to select the winding insulation type. The selection adjusts the
algorithm used by the software to properly calculate temperature compensation values for the Asset under test. Most
Assets (built after 1975 ) will use Thermosetting in this field. A default value is typically specified in the Correct To field.
