Components are not parallel; Timing Wheels, Front pulley, etc.
Corrective actions
Confirm that the following cases;
1.
Timing wheels must be parallel one each other.
2.
Confirm Pulley is parallel to the front Rib (red), if no adjust using
bearing release bolts (white).
