Secton 10 - Mantenance

Maintenance

Observe and Obey:

Only routine maintenance items specified in this manual shall be performed by the operator.
Scheduled maintenance inspections shall be completed by qualified service technicians,
according to the manufacturer’s specifications and the requirements specified in this manual.

Pre-delivery Preparation Report

The pre-delivery preparation report contains checklists for each type of scheduled inspection.

Make copies of the Pre-delivery Preparation report to use for each inspection. Store completed forms
as required.

Maintenance Schedule

The types of maintenance inspections that must be performed according to the schedule are daily,
quarterly, semi-annually, and annually.

Maintenance Inspection Report

The maintenance inspection report contains checklists for each type of scheduled inspection.

Make copies of the Maintenance Inspection Report to use for each inspection. Maintain completed
forms for a minimum of 4 years or in compliance with your employer, jobsite and governmental
regulations and requirements.
