Operation
The arm assembly and grabber MUST be
stowed and secured while traveling when
the arm assembly is not in use.

Refuse Empty Procedure
Be sure all non-operator personnel are at
least 20 feet (6 meters) away from all areas
of the Packer.
Serious personal injury or death may occur.
WARNING
1.
If equipped with a pusher axle, make sure the pusher axle
is raised.
2.
If equipped with a tag axle, make sure the tag axle is
lowered.
3.
Position rear of refuse vehicle as appropriate.
4.
Open the tailgate fully.
N O T E
Do not extend the packing panel to the full
EJECT position when moving the packing
panel from the HOME position for the first
time. Refuse may fall behind the packing panel
causing the load not to be completely ejected.
5.
Extend the packing panel from the HOME position (
35, Item 1) to the middle of the body (Figure 35, Item 2).
6.
Retract the packing panel to the HOME position. This will
prevent refuse from falling behind the packing panel.
