Scheduled PM Lubrication
5.2.1 Zero Radius 6 ft. and Zero Radius 12 ft.
Extended Reach Weekly Preventive Maintenance
Lubricate all the following points with a high-quality EP No. 2
lithium grease.
Scheduled lubrication intervals are based on weekly or every
50 hours. If the refuse vehicle is operated more hours or
double shifted, the maintenance interval must be adjusted
accordingly.
SAFETY NOTICE
Perform your company’s Lockout/Tagout
procedure. If your company does not have a
Lockout/Tagout procedure, follow OSHA
1910.147 and 1910.146 Confined Space as
appropriate.
WARNING
Items G, H, I, J, K, and L must be greased with
the grabber fully lowered on mast, or if raised,
chocked with a jack stand or blocked to prevent
the grabber from lowering. Failure to comply
may injure or kill.
