Engine Oil Fill
1.
Replace both O-rings on the turbocharger oil return hoses (item 7)
2.
Install the turbocharger oil return hoses (item 7)
3.
Renew the sump plug and washer (item 5)
4.
Install the sump plug (item 5)
5.
Renew the oil tank drain plug washer (item 6)
6.
Install the oil tank drain plug (item 6)

Renew the O-rings (item 8) on oil filter cap
a.
Using the O-rings supplied with the replacement oil filter
8.
Install the replacement oil filter (item 4) and install the oil filter cap (item 3)
9.
Slowly fill up with engine oil
a.
Do not choke the filler tube with engine oil under any circumstances
b.
Use the recommended engine oil, please refer to: Engine Oil Specification.
c.
Start with an initial oil fill of 5 litres
NOTE: The maximum oil volume for the engine is 6.4 litres. This total volume must not be
exceeded regardless of the oil status level reading on the left-hand display.
10.
Install the oil filler cap (item 1)
11.
Check engine oil level. For further information, please refer to: Engine Oil Level Check
12.
Replace the removed components in reverse order
