To disable/enable folding seats
move knob to lock/unlock

Split rear folding seatback*

To fold: unfasten the lap 
portion of the rear center seat
belt pull release knob, push
seat back down
To return and lock: Push 
seat back firmly until latched,
re-attach center belt
