2.2 Rubber conveyor belt
However, if the belt should be readjusted caused for example
by repair works carried out on the machine, follow the process
described as below:
Tensioning of the belt may be adjusted by means of tensioning
nuts located at the end of soil hopper. It is important that both
sides of the belt are tensioned equally.
Beyond the above, make sure that grooves of driving and
guiding drum are not filled up with soil. Regularly clean the
grooves when it occurs.
Generally the rubber belt requires no retensioning.
Follow the maintenance schedule.
