Clean the device with a damp, soft
cloth if necessary. Then dry with a soft
cloth.

Pull the microfi bre cloth off the clean-
ing foot (

) and wash it.
Note the
washing label when you do this!
Wash
separately or with similar colours. Do
not use fabric softener.

Store the device and the accessories
in a dry place which is protected from
sunlight and is out of the reach of
children and animals.
To prevent a deep discharge of
the battery, charge it up every
3 months if it is not used for a
prolonged period.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an elec-
trical device yourself!
The device does not start.
The battery is empty.

Charge up the battery.
The device is connected to the mains
power.

Disconnect the connecting cable.
The operating lamp (11) does not
fl ash when the device is connected
to the mains power. / The battery is
not charging.
The mains adapter is not inserted in
the plug socket correctly or the barrel
connector is not inserted in the charging
socket (

) of the device correctly.

Correct the fit.
The plug socket is defective.
►
Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
►
Check the fuse of the electrical dis-
tributor (fuse box).
DISPOSAL
Dispose of the packaging material
in an environmentally friendly
manner so that it can be recycled.
This device is governed by the

on waste electrical and electron-
ic equipment (WEEE). Do not
dispose of the device with built-in
battery as normal domestic waste,
but rather in an environmentally
friendly manner via an offi cially ap-
proved waste disposal company.
