INSTALLATION
Choose a location most likely to intercept
an intruder, in respect of the detector’s
field-of-view diagrams (on page 6) while
avoiding installation in the following
locations:
- Facing sunlight or any strong light
source
.
- Facing plants, bushes, moving objects
or objects that have the potential to
move due to external factors such as
wind.
(For example: clothes on wire, unstable
or flexible wall and roof etc.).
- Facing sources that can change
temperature rapidly.
- Facing a road.
- Facing a pool.
- Areas with air ducts or substantial air
currents.
- A location which is over one meter close
to any light source.
