Oscillator OK Interrupt Request.

Set:
An internal OSCOK bit indicates that the internal 12 MHz oscillator is stable and
the chip is ready to operate. The SIE sets the OSCOKIRQ bit when the OSCOK
signal makes a 0-1 transition, indicating that the chip is ready to operate.
Clear:
The CPU clears this bit by writing a “1” to it.
