FIFO Mode

This register bit, when set, configures the device controller to respond to an incoming IN request as soon as the device controller’s FIFO become non-empty, instead
of waiting for the full packet to be received by the FIFO. Setting this bit to 1 reduces the likelihood of returning NAK. This is the recommended setting.
