addressed to Maxcom shall have no legal grounds and as
such shall be excluded from the scope of this warranty.
8. A decision about any device replacement or refund shall
be made by the authorized service or seller upon consulting
the service.
9. A warranty card must be legible and error-free in order
for the warranty card to be valid.
10. Devices that have been altered in any manner,
including seal or serial numbers tampering are excluded
from the warranty.
11. Cleaning, maintenance, technical inspection and
issuing a technical expertise shall be excluded from the
warranty.
12. Maxcom S.A shall not be liable for losing any software
or data stored on the device; such data or software might
be erased during the repair process. To avoid losing such
information, data, and software, creating a back up copy of
data and software is highly recommended.
13. Any loss of profits arising from defects or damage of the
device or from losing any data stored on the hard drive or
on other data carriers shall not be covered under this
warranty and therefore the Purchaser shall have no right to
claim any reimbursement because of such loss. The
Warranty covering a sold item shall not exclude, limit or
suspend the Purchaser’s rights arising from the device
noncompliance with the agreement.
The warranty shall be valid in the Republic of Poland.

NFORMATION
There is a battery in the phone. The battery can be
recharged with a charger that is included in the package.
The battery life depends on conditions in which the phone
is used. Your distance from a relay transmitter, number and
the length of phone calls significantly reduce the battery life.
