code (if security is enabled). As soon as the PIN code and the
telephone code are entered, the phone will go to the standby
mode for the current SIM card.
2. If there are two SIM cards in the phone (depending on the
security settings) a text input field might appear for you to enter
PIN SIM1 code and PIN SIM2 code. You will be prompted to enter
one code after the other.
If you make an error while entering PIN and telephone codes, you
might have it deleted by pressing the RFK (right function key).
As soon as the phone is switched on, it automatically searches for
a network(s).
If the phone detects an authorized network, the name of the
network and signal strength will be displayed on the LCD. If no
network is detected, the phone might be used for emergency calls
only or for non-communication purposes.
6.2 Making Phone Calls
In Idle mode, enter the phone number you want to dial.
Press the RFK [Delete] to delete any numbers you have entered
by mistake.
If there is a card in the SIM1 slot press the green receiver to make
a phone call.
If there are two SIM cards, press the green receiver, and next use
the up/down keys to select which card you want to use to make a
phone call.
