Safety Instructions

Qualified technicians who are specifically trained to perform this work must carry out all
electrical connections, assembly and dismantling work on the system.

Only appropriately trained personnel may operate, clean, and disinfect the device.

WARNING – Electric shock

Every effort must be made to ensure that the electricity power supply
to the entire system is disconnected when assembling and installing the
system and/or its associated components.

Danger of death!

NOTE:

The  IEC  60601-1:2005+AMD1:2012  certification  applies  to  the  non-
electrified  system.  The  system  must  therefore  be  re-certified  by  an
appropriately  trained  technician  after  the  installation  of  monitors,  wiring,
etc.

MAVIG is not responsible for unauthorized or incorrect handling of or changes to the
system. Modifications to the system require written approval from MAVIG as improper
modifications could compromise its correct operation, safety or reliability.

Any changes to the system invalidate the CE certification displayed by MAVIG.

Because of this, the operator must reissue approval in accordance with the relevant
statutory regulations.
