Chapter 3, Installing Your Matrox MXO Software and Configuring Your System

Specifying your Presentation mode settings

To specify your Presentation mode settings on Matrox MXO:

Under 

Video Output

, from the 

Output desktop as

 menu, select the video 

standard in which you want the contents of your MXO desktop (secondary 
display) to be encoded and routed to the MXO video outputs, such as for 
display on a video monitor or recording to a VTR. If the resolution of your 
desktop is larger than the standard you select, MXO will scale the video 
output accordingly. If your desktop resolution is smaller, the video output 
will be centered. For best results, set the MXO desktop resolution so that it’s 
close in size to your selected video output standard as follows:
