6.1
Adjust the sweeper
Note
The sweeper must be adjusted anew on each new attachment to a tractor
and the adjustment of the sweeping pressure and the inclination.
6.1.1
Adjust the inclination of the sweeper
The sweeper must be aligned horizontally with the ground. The inclination of the sweeper
can be adjusted via the spindle on the front power lift. If the wheels are perpendicular to
the ground, the sweeper is adjusted correctly in the inclination.

6.1.2
Maximum sweeping pressure
The maximum sweeping pressure of the sweeping roller on the substrate must be
selected in such a way, when the tractor is stationary with the sweeper in the floating
position and running sweeping roller a maximum cleaned area of evenly 3cm width is
created. A sweeping pressure caused beyond this range an increased wear of the
sweeping roller. The sweeping pressure is varied by adjusting the support wheels in
height. (Chapter 6.1.3)
