Protection: Protect against Short Circuit and Surge Current.
• Short Circuit:
The input voltage will decrease automatically to protect the power source. The input voltage
recovers at a normal level when the faulty condition is removed.
• Surge Current:
When a surge occurs, the built-in safety feature will immediately suspend the output voltage
while trying to detect the source of the surge. Output voltage returns to normal when the source of the surge
is removed.
The 6-port USB Hub must be kept away from water, other forms of liquids and heat source at all times. Before
cleaning the 6-port USB Hub, it must be unplugged from the power source. Do not open the plastic casing, do not
drop the 6-port hub from a certain height, do not hit the 6-port USB Hub forcefully with an object. Do not use the
6-port USB Hub if the cable is damaged.
When charging is in progress, the 6-port USB Hub must be placed on a dry surface, away from heat source and
liquids.
Safety precautions:
1. Do not subject the cable to external pressure to prevent it from being damaged.
2. Do not pull the cable directly and forcefully to unplug the 6-port USB Hub.
3. Do not place the cable or 6-port USB Hub near a heat source, e.g. a ventilator.
4. If you hear strange sounds/noises emanating from the 6-port Hub, smell of smoke or strong scents, unplug the
2-pin plug quickly from the power source.
5. Do not place the 6-port USB Hub near a sharp object (it may cause a fire hazard or accidental electrical leakage).
6. Before using the 6-port USB Hub, always check if the hub is securely plugged in and if the cable is not damaged
- do not use the hub if the cable is damaged.
7. Do not place the 6-port USB Hub on a bed, in a pocket or on a shelf or in a poorly ventilated area.
8. Always keep the 6-port USB Hub and the cable clean as dust may cause accidental leakage of electricity.
9. Keep the 6-port USB Hub out of the reach of children.
10. Do not unplug the 6-port USB Hub when your hand is wet. Always clean the Hub with a piece of dry cloth.
11. Unplug the 6-port USB Hub if you do not intend to use it for a considerable period of time.
