Assist Call/B Call

For Assist Call function the GPS must be active

and the ignition device in ON position

The Assist Call service is available only where

the user has an active assistance coverge and

he has subscribed to Maserati Connected

Services

The Assist Call can be actived

from the Assist Call menu of the 

Apps in the display:

Two types of Assist Call:

Roadside Assistance: for breakdowns or 

vehicle-related problems

Customer Service call: for general enquiries

In both cases the vehicle’s location is sent to the 

call center
