Attaching Shoulder Harness
1. Slide your arms through the loops of the
shoulder harness and shrug it over your
shoulders like a backpack.
Note: The hip pad must be located on the
right side of the operator.
2. Fasten the red plastic buckle.
3. Adjust five belts to a comfortable position.
4. Snap the hook into the holed fitting on the drive shaft.
5. To detach the Brushcutter/ Grass Trimmer,
push the lever downward and snap off.
To detach the Harness and Brushcutter/ Grass Trimmer
quickly from operator’s body, release the red plastic buckle.
WARNING
POTENTIAL HAZARD
・
Without the Shoulder Harness or Strap Installed on the Brushcutter/ Grass Trimmer, the blade
can produce side thrust which can expose the operator and bystanders to blade contact.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
・
Contact with Brushcutter blade can cause severe personal injury.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
・
Never operate the Brushcutter/ Grass Trimmer without installing and using the Shoulder Harness
or Strap.
