Password Recovery 

To reset the card’s password, follow the steps below. 

1. Using a PC on the same LAN network as the NetAgent 9 card with the unknown
password.
2. Open a web browser and type 

 http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/password.cgi

 (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is

the IP address of the card), and click Enter

For the ID, enter 

admin

 

For the password: Enter the password located on the label under the SNMP card.

 

3. Press continue and clear
The username and password have been cleared/removed, and you can log into the
card.
