Multi-Point
Multi point calibration allows linearization of up to 11 points. Note that you must use the Points [+] button to add
one point at a time. Once the input and output values have been set the button will be enabled to allow another
point to be added.
If you know what output is expected for known given input values, then these can simply be entered directly into
the table for each point.
Alternatively, you can apply input, click the Acquire button and hit enter once the values in the row are complete.
At a later date you can revisit this type of calibration and expand the number of points to continue applying
further calibration points. This is useful, for example, if you calibrated 5 compression points on one day then
returned to complete 5 further tension points on another day.
Points can be added in
any
order of input level.
Click into the field in the table on the right to set the
Input
and
Output
values.
