Operation
•
to turn the transmitter on, press
the power button for 2-3 seconds.
the blue lED will blink.
•
to turn the transmitter off, press
the power button for 3-4 seconds.
the red lED will blink momentarily
to indicate that power is off.
•
plug the 3.5mm stereo jack into a
3.5mm stereo port on the audio
source.
NOTE:
For use with a DVD
player or tV, use an a/V adapter (not included).
•
to pair the transmitter with an audio source, press the power button (for
5-6 seconds) until the lEDs alternate between blinking red and blinking
blue, indicating the transmitter is now in pairing mode and connecting
automatically to the audio device’s Bluetooth receiver.
•
When the pairing connection is made, only the blue lED will continue to
blink.
NOTE:
if the pairing connection isn’t made after a minute or so, repeat
the above step.
•
to activate the built-in microphone, press the power button. press it again
to resume normal operation.
•
the effective range of the transmitter is 20 m (approx. 65 ft.).
Battery Charging
•
to charge the built-in battery — low Battery is indicated by a slowly blinking
red lED — use the included usB cable to connect the transmitter to an
available usB port on your computer or hub. the red lED will remain lit
while the battery is charging, then will turn off to indicate the battery is
fully charged and the usB cable can be removed.
•
a full charge should provide approximately 1.5 hours of listening time and
last up to 6.5 hours in standby mode.
NOTE:
the initial battery charge takes
4 hours; subsequent charging takes only 3 hours.
