4.2 SERVICING INTERVALS
The periods recommended are based on normal
operating conditions. Severe or unusual conditions may
require more frequent checks of the equipment and
lubrication.
4:2:1 ANNUALLY OR EVERY 3000 ACRES:
1. Grease the REDDI-LYNX bearings with 1 shot of
grease (2 grease points). Fig. 28.
IMPORTANT:
The REDDI-LYNX is designed with sealed bearings
on the Roller Drum. DO NOT OVER GREASE! Over greasing
will destroy the seal and minimize the life of the bearing.
2. Clean and wash machine.

4.3 REPLACEMENT BLADES
Due to regular use the current blades on the REDDI-LYNX
may get worn off. MANDAKO offers replacement blades
that mount to the Blade Mounting Holes on the blades
welded to the Crimper drum.
IMPORTANT:
Do not let the Blades of the Crimper Drum wear down to
within 1” of the holes. Make sure there is still enough
material to securely fasten the replacement blades.
