WARRANTY
The product is legally guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for 24 months from the date of delivery (Italian
Legislative Decree 24/2002 and Dir. 1999/44/EC).
During the warranty period, maintenance of the device is guaranteed at the manufacturer's expense in case the
presence of a manufacturing defect is ascertained.
Transport and packaging expenses required to ship the product under warranty are borne by the dealer or the
manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover any parts subject to wear due to their nature and intended use (e.g. wheels, batteries,
etc.)
The warranty does not cover:
Damage due to non-conforming use or different from that specified in this manual.
Damage due to improper assembly made by the customer.
Damage due to unauthorised personnel performing modifications, repairs, or tampering with the device.
Spare parts are available for at least 5 years.
If the customer discovers any problems with the product, by filling in the specific form for reporting
defects/failures, he/she must immediately notify Antano Group S.r.l. or the authorised dealer, providing detailed
information on the discovered defects and citing the data indicated on the rating plate affixed to the product.
Following the agreements with Antano Group S.r.l. or the authorised dealer, the customer must ship the device
for repair under warranty.
During the warranty period, the technical operation will take place at the manufacturer's premises who will also
check whether the technical problem results from a manufacturing defect or from other causes.
This manual must be stored by the owner and be attached to the device for warranty purposes.
