7. Start-up
7.1 Before start-up
1. Check all connections again before the
start-up. Ensure that
●
the condensate drain hose is fitted
correctly.
●
the ventilation channels/ventilation
components are fitted correctly.
●
the electrical connection is carried
out as per wiring diagram.
●
the jumper settings are correct.
7.2 Adjusting ventilation system
1. Check whether the factory-set volumetric
flows for the supply air and exhaust fan
match with the volumetric flows defined by
the planner. In the case of deviations, set
the volumetric flows defined by the planner
for the supply air and exhaust fan, using
the 6 potentiometer adjusters.
DANGER
Danger to life from electric
shock. Control circuit board
and room air control are still
powered up even if the front
cover is opened.
Behave in a security and safety-
conscious way in the area of the
control circuit board.
2. Switch on ventilation unit on room air
control
Chapter 4.2.1 of WS 170
operating and maintenance instructions.
3. Set the total volumetric flows of the
individual ventilation levels at the "S"
potentiometer adjusters of the control
circuit board.
4. Select ventilation level 2 on the room air
control.
5. Adjust the planned partial volumetric flow
for all rooms.
6. For set values and setting options
Chapters 7.3 and 7.4:
● Supply air: Ventilation levels 1, 2 and 3
with the blue potentiometer adjusters S1,
S2 and S3.
● Exhaust air: Ventilation levels 1, 2 and 3
with the red potentiometer adjusters S1,
S2 and S3.
7. If necessary, correct the total volumetric
flows at the "S" potentiometer adjusters,
as described before.
Only start-up the ventilation unit once
assembly is complete, the control
circuit board is slid in and the front
cover secured.
A connected CO2 sensor must be
deactivated before the ventilation
unit is started up (jumper 10 = open).
