12 Basic settings
Undertake the desired basic settings for the
ventilation unit in this menu, for example:
Deactivate control via RLS1
● All simple control units are deactivated.
● The active ventilation level is displayed.
● The ventilation level can no longer be
adjusted with a simple control unit.
Prevent controlled domestic ventilation
switch-off
● The ventilation unit’s Off function is deacti-
vated.
● The ventilation unit then runs at least with
ventilation for humidity protection.
13 User administration – managing
access
Access is a settings/operational authorization
for the ventilation unit activated by the owner
for the tenant or installer (per web tool).
Tenant access is activated by the owner for
the smartphone app. If the specialist in-
staller performs adjustments on the ventilation
unit via the Internet, you can activate
web tool access for him/her.
To do this, go to
My units
and select a ventila-
tion unit with Manage and select under Create
additional access . After data entry, press
Save
.
The access data is sent by the manufacturer
to the e-mail address provided by the tenant
or installer. The tenant/installer can log in to
the app/web tool with the access data.
If you want to create a new access token/
replace the token of an existent e-mail, simply
press generate a new token . The user then
receives new access data which is valid from
then on.
