Removing/fitting front cover

WARNING
Chapter 10.1
1. On decentralised units, remove the hood
(4 screws, no Fig.).
2. Remove the 14 screws on front cover and
take off front cover.
3.
To fit the front cover, proceed in reverse
order. Ensure that the cover is seated cor-
rectly and no false air can be drawn in.

Only install the ventilation unit on a wall with
sufficient load-bearing capacity (at least
200 kg/m³).

Before installing on the wall, have cus

tomer finish all work – ventilation unit
cannot be moved once the piping has
been connected.

Use the wall bracket and two rubber
pads supplied. The rubber buffers are
already fitted on

Provide sufficient working space for op

erational and maintenance work. Keep
at least 70 cm in front of the unit free.
NOTICE
Function will be impaired by condensate:
The ventilation unit must be installed hori-
zontally so that the condensate can drain off
unhindered.

Install rail [S2] on wall with appropriate
mounting material. Rail [S1] is pre-
installed. Suitable mounting material
is to be supplied by the customer.
Make sure it is horizontal.

: Stick the two rubber
pads [G] on the bottom corners of the
unit’s rear as spacers.
3.
Fit ventilation unit in rail [S2]. Retaining
plate and rail must cover one another
completely, the unit must make contact
with both rubber pads on the wall.
