Mounting information
●
Observe permissible load capacity of wall/
ceiling/bracket and installation position.
●
Create flat support surface for wall plate/
steel wall ring.
●
Lay a power cable to the installation location.
●
The customer must provide suitable mount

ing material (strength class 8.8) which is suffi
-
ciently dimensioned to support the basic unit.
●
Ensure sufficient supply air intake.
●
Use Maico ELA.. flexible cuffs for duct con
-
nection.
●
If using an extension sleeve (VH), install the
fan with mounted extension sleeve.
●
Select installation site where foreign bodies
will not be accidentally drawn in.
●
To avoid sound bridges with the structure,
observe distances from other façade
components and, if necessary, use isolating
elements.
9 Fan mounting
1. Transport the fan with a crane or suitable
means of transport to the installation site
and place it in the opening
