IMPORTANT FOR THE 3016

3616:
Make sure to
thread the hoses through the hook on the hydraulic
hose support and the hook on the front hitch bracket
as done previously with the hoses for the hydraulic lift
system.
IMPORTANT FOR THE 1500series

1626
: Make
sure to thread the hoses through the front bumper to
avoid any contact with the exhaust system. Hold in
place with the two hook
-
it cable ties.
IMPORTANT FOR THE 2638
: Make sure to thread
the hoses behind the front loader bracket (see
picture).
IMPORTANT:
Twists in the hydraulic hoses will wear
them out prematurely. If the quick couplers are not
well aligned, slightly loosen the fitting (item 3) in order
to rotate the female quick coupler (item 4).
Lubricate the threads with hydraulic fluid and tighten
the joint at 25 lb. ft.
ATTENTION:
Over tightening is one of the greatest
cause for oil leaks.
Test the hydraulic controls in order to make sure that
they coordinate with the movement of the accessory.
If they do not match, reconnect the hoses in the right
order.
