1. Press and release RECALL button. The display will indicate RECALL followed by a number.

This number indicates the memory location that is being displayed. The order of recalled
data is LAST IN = FIRST OUT (LIFO). An "M" also appears to the right of the SPEED
display to let the user know that the displayed data is from memory and not real time data.

1. Press and release SHIFT.
2. Press and release CLEAR MEM button. "CLEAR MEMORY" will flash in the display and
then return automatically to the main menu.
4.3.
USING THE TARE FUNCTION
The calibrated offset of the 6400 may be changed using the tare function.
To set:
1. Press TARE.
2. Screen will flash "TARE SET" and the unit will take the current value of the inputs and
make them the new zero.
Note:
In order to reset the tare value, the power to the unit must be turned
OFF.
