Command 0x11 - Request Manual Card Entry
This command directs the device to prompt the cardholder to enter the following card information by
keypad. Two modes are available: Account Number mode and Qwick Code mode:
Account Number mode
prompts for the following:
Account number (minimum length = 9, maximum length = 19)
Expiration date (minimum length = maximum length = 4)
Card verification code (minimum length = 3, maximum length = 4)
Qwick Code mode
prompts for the following:
Qwick Code (minimum length = 8, maximum length = 16)
Last 4 digits of account # (minimum length = maximum length = 4)
Card verification code (minimum length = 3, maximum length = 4)
