INTRODUCTION
The MAGPOWR
®
Model PA-90 power amplifier is intended for use with the DIGITRAC
®
2, VERSATEC™ or
EZ-TRAC
®
for the control of electromagnetic clutches and brakes.
PA-90 INSTALLATION
The PA-90 power amplifier is to be installed inside the control. Set jumpers on JP1 for current range before
installation. Wiring to and from the control and power amp must be done with double or reinforced insulation or
protective screening which provides protective separation. All wiring outside the control enclosures should comply
with the essential requirements of the appropriate standard(s) and is the responsibility of the installer.
WARNING: DISCONNECT MAINS BEFORE OPENING ENCLOSURE
MAINTENANCE
The only maintenance that may be required on the PA-90 is fuse replacement. Replacement of any fuse requires
opening the enclosure, which circumvents the enclosure IP rating. To change a fuse:
