Troubleshooting 

 

Water is leaking. 

Problem 

    Possible cause                                                               Solution 

Water is leaking. 

 

There may be a leak in the 

water bottle. 

 

There may be a leak in one 

of the water pipes. 

 

Unplug the dispenser, remove the 

bottle and replace it. 

 

Contact NewAir for further assistance. 

 

 

There is no hot or cold water. 

Problem 

    Possible cause                                                               Solution 

There is no hot or 

cold water. 

 

Overconsumption of hot or 

cold water in a short 

amount of time. 

 

 

Wait a little while for the unit to 

produce more cold or hot water. 

 

Water is not ready after 

initial setup. 

 

 

Wait  up to one hour after setup for 

cold water, and 15-20 minutes for hot 

water. 

 

 

The power switches are 

not on. 

 

Ensure that the red and green power 

switches on the back of the unit are on. 

 

There is no water flow.

The pump or water tanks
