Check wheels/tyres
Before starting to drive check the tyres and wheels of the MT
for:
z
correct air pressure (10 bar when the tyres are cold)
z external damage of the tyres
z
sufficient thread
z foreign objects in the tread
z
foreign objects between the twin wheels
z damaged wheel rims
z
missing or loose wheel bolts / wheel nuts
Tyre inflating connection

The tyre inflating connection can be used for filling the tyres in
an emergency.
The tyre inflating connection is located in the pneumatics com-
partment.
Tyre pressure
X
Start the motor.
X
Remove the protection cap from the tyre inflating connec-
tion.

Attach the tyres inflating hose (not part of the scope of deliv-
ery).
X
Inflate the tyres.
X
Drive to the garage and inflate the tyres to the specified
pressure.
