Weight 

Enter the Interface Weight. 

 

The default metric assigned to the interface is 2. 

 

For load balancing between two interfaces, both 
the interface must have the same metric value. 
The  route  with  higher  weight  carries  more 
traffic.  Also  the  connections  will  be  distributed 
amongst  the  interfaces  with  the  same  weight 
and not the actual data traffic
