Connection:
1. Connect Apple TV to the television using HDMI cable.
2. Connect the television to the Remix-33 / Boost-202 using Toslink
cable.
3. Select corresponding source from television.
4. Select S/PDIF in use on the Remix-33 / Boost-202 front panel.
