INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
9. Slide pulley (B) (MD #268129) onto gearbox shaft (A)
with notches facing outboard. The pulley is provided in
the kit.
10. Slide split taper bushing (C) (MD #115074) onto
gearbox shaft (A). The bushing is provided in the kit.

11. Measure the distance (C) from the outer face of the
pulley (B) to the edge of the gearbox. It should be 102.6
mm (4-1/16 in.).

12. Using a straight edge, ensure cutterbar drive gearbox
pulley (A) is aligned within 2 mm (1/16 in.) of the
conditioner pulley (B). If there is any misalignment,
adjust the position of the pulley (B).
