Installing Reel Drive Single Sprocket
The reel drive sprocket is attached to the reel drive motor. By changing the drive and driven sprockets the speed and
torque of the reel can be changed.
DANGER
To prevent injury or death from the unexpected start-up of the machine, always stop the engine and remove the key
from the ignition before leaving the operator

s seat for any reason.

1.
Align the keyway in sprocket (B) with the key on the motor
shaft, and slide the sprocket onto the shaft. Secure it with
slotted nut (A).
2.
Torque slotted nut (A) to 12 Nm (106 lbf
∙
in).
3.
Install the cotter pin. If necessary, tighten slotted nut (A) to
the next slot to install the cotter pin.

Install drive chain (A) onto drive sprocket (B).

Tighten the drive chain. For instructions, refer to
