Adjusting Floating Crop Dividers
Crop dividers can be adjusted for different crop conditions.
DANGER
To prevent bodily injury or death from the unexpected start-up or fall of a raised machine, always stop the engine and
remove the key from the ignition before making adjustments to the machine. NEVER climb onto or go underneath an
unsupported header.
1.
Start the engine. For instructions, refer to the combine operator

s manual.
2.
Lower the reel fully.
3.
Raise the header 60
–
90 cm (2
–
3 ft.) off the ground.
4.
Shut down the engine, and remove the key from the ignition.
5.
Refer to the chart according to the stubble height range and reel configuration:

Field with a stubble height of 50

125 mm (2
