Checking Windrower Startup

Ensure that the windrower functions as expected after startup.

DANGER

Ensure that all bystanders have cleared the area.

1.

Start the engine.

NOTE:

The brakes should engage and the machine should not move after engine start-up.

Ensure the steering wheel is centered. Move ground speed
lever (GSL) (A) straight out of N-DETENT (neither forward
nor reverse). The machine should not move.

3.

Check that the steering wheel is free to move.

4.

If the machine does not function as described, the system
requires adjustment. Refer to the windrower
technical manual.
