Doctor familiar with this type of injury or gangrene

IMPORTANT:
Foreign material such as dirt, dust, and water is the major cause of trouble in the hydraulic system.
If hydraulic system components must be disconnected for service, protect the ends of hoses, tubing, and
ports of components from contamination with clean, lint-free towels, or clean plastic bags.
Before installing any replacement hose,
fl
ush the inside with unused diesel fuel or unused commercial
petroleum cleaning solvent for ten seconds minimum. Do
NOT
use water, water soluble cleaners, or
compressed air.
The hydraulic system components are built to very close tolerances and have been adjusted at the factory.
Do
NOT
attempt to service these components except to maintain proper oil level, change oil and
fi
lters, and
to adjust relief pressures as described in this manual.

Checking and Filling Hydraulic Oil
Follow these steps to check and
fi
ll the hydraulic oil:
DANGER
Stop engine and remove key from ignition before leaving operator's seat for any reason. A child or even a
pet could engage an idling machine.
1. Park windrower on level ground and lower header and
reel so that lift cylinders are fully retracted.
2. Stop the engine and remove the key.
3. Open the hood. Refer to
NOTE:
A sight glass is provided under the hood on the right
side of the tank. It indicates oil level and signs of
contamination. No oil in the sight glass indicates oil level
is below the add mark on the dipstick.
