Installing Feed Auger Tines
DANGER
To prevent bodily injury or death from the unexpected start-up or fall of a raised machine, always stop the engine and
remove the key before leaving the operator
’
s seat, and always engage the safety props before going under the
machine for any reason.
1.
Raise the reel.
2.
Shut down the combine, and remove the key from the ignition.
3.
Engage the reel safety props.

Remove screws (A) and remove access cover (B) (if not
previously removed).

Insert tine (B) through plastic guide (D) from inside
the auger.
6.
Insert the tine into bushing (C) and secure with hairpin (A).
