Break-in Period

A brand-new machine must be operated gently when it is run for the first time.

NOTE:

Until you become familiar with the sound and feel of your new header, be extra alert and attentive.

WARNING

Before investigating an unusual sound or attempting to correct a problem, shut off the engine and remove the key from
the igniation.

After attaching the header to the windrower for the first time, follow these steps:

Operate the machine with the reels, drapers, and knives running slowly for 5 minutes. Watch and listen
