IMPORTANT:
Do
NOT
adjust nut (C). This nut is used for draper
alignment only.

Turn adjuster bolt (A) clockwise to tighten, and
counterclockwise to loosen. Tensioner indicator (B) will
move inboard to show that the draper is tightening. Tighten
the adjuster bolt until the tensioner indicator covers the
inboard half of the window.
IMPORTANT:
To avoid premature failure of the draper, draper rollers,
and/or tightener components, do
NOT
operate the header
with the tensioner indicator not visible.

Adjusting Side Draper Tracking
The side draper tracking is adjusted by aligning the drive and idler draper rollers.
Draper tracking is set at the factory and will only need to be adjusted if the draper tracking is incorrect.

The left draper deck is shown in the illustration. The right deck is opposite.
