Your home gas supply tank is

Make sure other gas appliances work
properly, if not you call your gas
supplier.
Your range is not connected
to the electric power (on
some models).
Make sure your range is properly
connected to the electric power and
the power supply is regular.
The control knob is not in the
correct position.
Carefully read the oven ignition section
in the use and care manual.
Burners won’t turn
on.
Your home gas supply tank is
empty.
Make sure another gas appliances in
your home work, if not, call your gas
supplier.
Your range is not connected
to the electric power (on
some models).
Make sure your range is properly
connected to the electric power and
the power supply is regular.
The control knob is not in the
correct position.
Carefully read the cooktop burners'
ignition section in the use and care
manual.
Burner holes could be
clogged.
Remove burners and clean the holes
with a soft bristles brush.
Burner is improperly placed.
Make sure the burner is correctly
placed according to the diagram.
Burners are wet.
Allow the burners to completely air dry,
or dry them yourself, then try again.
The clock does not
work
Your range is not connected
to the electric power (on
some models).
Make sure your range is properly
connected to the electric power and
the power supply is regular.
Power failure in your area and
then it was restored (the
clock shows 12:00 blinking).
Carefully read the "Digital clock in
backguard" section in the use and care
manual. If your range is equipped with
a programmable burner, refer to the
"Programmable burner" section.
