Column sorting tips
To sort summary report view records in ascending/
descending order by a specified column, click that column’s
header: Category Count, IP Count, User Count, Site Count,
Page Count, Object Count, or Time HH:MM:SS.
Click the same column header again to sort records for that
column in the reverse order.
Click another column header to sort records by that speci-
fied column.
Summary Drill Down Record exportation
In a summary drill down report view, all records are selected
for exportation by default. Clicking
Export All
opens the
Export pop-up window in which you specify criteria for the
report to be generated and distributed (see Export a
Productivity Report).
To select only specific records to export, click the first
column of selected record rows in the table, and then click
Export Selected
to open the Export pop-up window (see
Export a Productivity Report).
